Monitoring

In order to be successful, financial institutions need to understand their customers and their financial practices. As a main element of Know your customer procedures, QWare now features a refreshed Monitoring module.

The Monitoring module helps an organization keep track of their customers, allowing loan officers to schedule and record data on an ongoing basis, following different activities, such as visits to the client.

Monitoring comes with the possibility to:
  • Schedule client monitoring (this can also be done automatically, depending on the situation)
  • Chose between three default monitoring categories (financial monitoring, collateral monitoring, business performance) or create additional monitoring categories, fitting the organization’s specific needs
  • Follow-up with a results registration (to which documents and pictures can be added)

Monitoring is a great way to improve officers’ performance and efficiency, helping them and the financial institution better know their customers, identifying and responding to their needs, and also firsthand assessing opportunities and risks.
